You may configure your browser to refuse cookies; however, some site features may not function optimally without them. We do not use intrusive ad-tracking pixels or behavioral retargeting scripts on our primary domain.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by TNTCraft Global (also referred to as TNTCraft, TNT Craft Global, or Technative Technologies). By placing an order, initiating a project, or engaging with our services - including graphic design, social media post design, UI/UX design, branding & identity design, web development, app development, digital marketing, and data entry management - you ("Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.

- Data Entry & Management: Data typing, data cleaning, spreadsheet management, CRM data entry, product listing management, database organization, and document digitization.
2. Service Plans & Pricing
TNTCraft Global does not operate on fixed, published pricing tiers. Every engagement - whether Branding & Identity Design, Graphic Design, Social Media Post Design, UI/UX Design, Web Development, App Development, Desktop Application, Ecommerce Solution, Digital Marketing, or Data Entry & Management - is scoped individually based on the Client's specific requirements, and a custom, written quotation is provided before any project is confirmed.
Quotations are issued in the currency agreed with the Client and remain valid for the period stated in the quotation document. Final invoiced amounts reflect the quoted price unless the Client requests a change in scope after work has begun. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Large-scale or long-term engagements - including enterprise web development, app development, full brand identity systems, ongoing digital marketing retainers, or bulk data entry contracts - are quoted individually with terms suited to the scale of the engagement. Contact our team via the project requirement form or sales@tntcraft-global.com for a tailored quotation.
3. Order Placement & Project Initiation
A project is deemed initiated only upon receipt of: (a) a completed project brief or instruction set from the Client, and (b) confirmed payment (full or advance as per the agreed plan). TNTCraft reserves the right to decline any project that conflicts with our content policies or operational capacity. Incomplete briefs or missing reference materials may delay project timelines; TNTCraft Global will not be held liable for delays resulting from insufficient client-provided information.
4. Turnaround Time & Delivery SLA
Delivery timelines vary by service type and project scope:
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days for graphic design, social media designs, and branding packages.
- Express / Priority Delivery: Available on request - deliverables completed within 24–48 hours by senior Art Directors, subject to project scope and confirmation at the time of quotation.
- Web & App Development: Timelines are project-specific, communicated at kickoff. Standard sites: 7–21 business days; complex web or mobile applications may require extended timelines.
- Digital Marketing: Campaign setup within 3–5 business days; ongoing campaigns managed on agreed monthly cycles.
- Data Entry: Delivered based on volume and complexity; standard data entry batches within 2–5 business days.
All turnaround times commence from the date of brief confirmation and payment receipt, not from the date of inquiry.
5. Revisions & Modifications
Each service plan includes a defined number of revision rounds. Revisions must be submitted as consolidated, clear feedback within the revision window. Requests that constitute a change in original scope (e.g., changing the entire concept, adding new pages, altering core deliverables mid-project) are treated as new orders or addendum work, billed separately. TNT Craft Global strives to deliver work that meets the original brief; revision policy does not cover dissatisfaction arising from inadequate brief details provided by the Client.
6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives full commercial usage rights to all final deliverables produced by TNTCraft Global for that project. Ownership of final files (logos, designs, code) transfers to the Client upon payment completion. Draft files, working files, and source files may be provided at TNTCraft's discretion or as part of premium packages.
TNTCraft Global retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project initiation. We do not claim ownership over Client-provided brand assets, trademarks, or pre-existing materials used in the project.
The Client warrants that all materials, images, text, and trademarks provided to TNT Craft Global are owned or licensed by the Client and do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. TNTCraft will not be liable for IP infringement arising from Client-supplied content.
7. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
All payments are due as per the selected plan's payment schedule. For project-based work, a minimum of 50% advance payment is required before project commencement; the remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund eligibility: Refunds are available only if TNTCraft Global fails to commence work within the agreed initiation period, or if the final delivery materially fails to address the approved brief. Once final deliverables have been sent and the Client has approved or downloaded them, no refunds are applicable. Subscription fees for retainer plans are non-refundable after the billing cycle has commenced.
Disputes regarding payment or deliverables must be raised within 7 days of delivery. TNTCraft will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith.
8. Confidentiality
TNT Craft Global treats all client project information, business data, unpublished brand assets, and strategic materials as strictly confidential. Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations. We will not disclose client project specifics to competing entities or use your proprietary information for any purpose beyond execution of your order. Clients requiring a formal NDA may request one before project initiation at no additional cost.
9. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely project briefs and reference materials.
- Respond to design queries and revision requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3–5 business days) to avoid project delays.
- Ensure all content, images, or data provided to TNTCraft Global is legally owned or appropriately licensed.
- Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule.
- Not request designs or content that violate copyright, promote illegal activity, contain hate speech, or infringe applicable laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
TNTCraft Global / Technative Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or reputational damage. Our maximum aggregate liability to any Client for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project in dispute. TNTCraft does not guarantee specific business outcomes resulting from our design, marketing, or development services.
11. Prohibited Use & Content Policy
Clients may not engage TNTCraft Global to create materials that: promote illegal products or services; contain explicit, discriminatory, or hateful content; infringe third-party intellectual property; constitute spam or deceptive advertising; or violate platform-specific guidelines (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn advertising policies). TNTCraft reserves the right to refuse or terminate any project violating this policy without refund.
12. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice. If the Client terminates a project mid-execution, TNTCraft Global retains the right to invoice for work completed up to the termination date. If TNT Craft Global terminates a project due to policy violations or non-payment, no further deliverables will be provided; any advance paid may be forfeited depending on the stage of work completed.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable commercial law. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication. Unresolved disputes will be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction mutually agreed upon at the time of contract. Given our global client base, TNTCraft Global operates under internationally recognized digital commerce and creative services standards.
14. Modifications to Terms
TNTCraft / TNT Craft Global reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued engagement of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
